Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long will it take me to receive my order?
As soon as we receive your order we confirm receipt and advise the delivery time by email. We will dispatch your package within 48 hours (subject to availability but we normally have stock of most products). We use SAPO's secure courier service with tracking reference so you should receive the package direct to your postage address. Please see our Terms of Service.

2. What if you don't have the product in stock?
Whilst we always endeavour to have enough stock of items on sale, we keep our prices as low as possible by not keeping distressed inventory. In the event that we don't have your product in stock we will immediately order from our suppliers and keep you informed on the progress.

3. What if I don't like the product or I receive it and it is damaged?
We are so confident in the quality and value of our products that, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (in the original packaging) for a full refund on your payment card - no questions asked. Please see our full returns policy.

4. How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal and Bitcoin.

5. Are my payment details secure?
We never receive your card details. All our payments are processed by Shopify and one of the largest South African payment providers called Payfast. They use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this –the highest– level of encryption currently available. 3D Secure is in place for all credit card transactions.
